Crafted in the purest Champagne tradition, our Cœur de cuvée will delight all lovers of sparkling wine. It is a 100% Chardonnay blanc de blancs. The second fermentation takes place at the estate without the addition of sugar: we use the wine’s own grape juice for this stage. This is followed by three years of aging on racks, which gives it its full aromatic complexity.
