Red specialties

A gift set that lets you discover six of our red wines, all made from different grape varieties.

1x – Ultimo
Ultimois the last grape we harvest, resulting in a Gamay that is both crisp and full-bodied. It reveals vibrant fruit, lovely freshness, and a rich, rounded mouthfeel.

1x – Syrah
For our Syrah, we selected the vines closest to the lake, which benefit from ideal exposure and sandy soils that warm up quickly in the spring. The result is a peppery, powerful Syrah, marked by a delicate hint of violet on the nose. On the palate, it combines body, structure, and elegance.

1x – Gamaret
Gamaretis a darker wine, with notes of forest floor and blackcurrant.

1x – Merlot
Merlotthrives in heavy, clay-rich soils; we have therefore selected our most clay-rich terroirs for this grape variety. The result is a Merlot that combines power, complexity, and elegance.

1x – Incognito
Incognitois one of a kind. This blend is powerful, with an intense nose and a rich, enveloping palate. Incognito is a blend of three unnamed grape varieties, all from the Cabernet Sauvignon family. Unique in their own right, these varieties are grown exclusively on our estate. They give this cuvée an exclusive signature and a distinctly Bordeaux character.
