A family-oriented and committed approach

The Henri Cruchon Estate

In the heart of the Morges vineyards, we cultivate sixteen grape varieties on vines with terroirs and microclimates that are as unique as they are varied.

"The wine we love is one that brings people together, awakens emotions, and creates memories."

The family

Coming from a long line of winegrowers, Henri Cruchon founded the estate in 1976. He was soon joined by his sons Michel and Raoul. Together, and with the support of their wives Denise, Anne, and Lisa, they developed the estate and laid its current foundations.

In 2010, the new generation joined the business. Catherine Cruchon, oenologist and eldest daughter of Lisa and Raoul, joined the estate. Yaëlle and Laura followed, bringing their energy and knowledge to the vineyard alongside their father Michel.

Today, Domaine Henri Cruchon is a vibrant family venture, where generations come together, complement each other, and move forward together.

Our wines

Each range reflects a facet of our vision of wine: that of the terroir, the grape variety, or even the pure expression of the natural process. Our philosophy is based on the conviction that wine must above all respect nature, reveal its secrets, and invite conviviality.

Chasselas grapes

"Here, it's the terroir that speaks."

In this range, Chasselas becomes the messenger of the terroir.
Each wine tells the story of a specific terroir, a unique plot of land, a singular identity.

You will find the Grands Crus , which are plot selections. Each wine comes from a single plot and bears the name of its terroir.

White and Rosé Florilèges

"Here, it's the grape variety that expresses itself."

In the range Florilèges, the grape variety is the signature of the wine.

The wines are bright and aromatic, sometimes lively, sometimes round, blending citrus, peach, apricot, and subtle toasted notes.

Wines that are equally suited to aperitifs and meals, capable of accompanying a dish or a shared moment.

Each wine bears the name of its grape variety.

One grape variety. One wine. One obvious choice.

Pinot Noir

"Here, it is the terroir that expresses itself."

In this range, the Pinot Noir becomes a faithful reflection of its place of origin. Each wine reveals the imprint of a specific terroir.

You will find the Grands Crus , which are single-vineyard selections. Each wine comes from a single plot and bears the name of its terroir.

Red anthologies

"Here, it's the grape variety that expresses itself."

In the Florilèges range, the grape variety is at the heart of the wine's identity.

Each vintage reveals a frank and confident expression, with powerful, colorful wines offering multiple profiles.

The aromatic palette ranges from red fruit to black fruit, enriched with peppery notes, cigar box, and sometimes red pepper or undergrowth. Each wine bears the name of its grape variety.

Natural wines

Freedom in a bottle"

Here, wine returns to its essence.
Pure grape juice, fermented and then bottled, without any additives, without added sulfur, without filtration.

Wines that are lively, spontaneous, sometimes surprising, but always sincere.

A new aesthetic, free and unpredictable, like jazz compared to classical music. Four uncompromising interpretations:
, a Chasselas, an Altesse, an orange wine, and a red wine.

To listen to, to feel, to savor.

The Traditional Method

Effervescent elegance

Produced using the traditional method, identical to that used for Champagne, Cœur de Cuvée is made exclusively from grapes grown on our estate.

A Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay, fermented in the bottle with its own grape juice, then aged for three years on slats to gain depth and finesse. Brut and vintage, it offers precise effervescence, great elegance, and a subtle taste.

A wine for celebrations.

"Winemaker is the last profession in modern times to remain in control of the entire production chain."

Our team

Being a winemaker is much more than just growing grapes and making wine. It means mastering an entire demanding process, from the soil to the glass, including production, packaging, and meeting the people who taste the wines.

While technical knowledge is essential, the profession relies above all on expertise, experience, precision of movement, and teamwork. In addition to these skills, there are those related to management, logistics, marketing, sales, and customer service.

At Domaine Henri Cruchon, each person brings their own sensitivity and expertise to the table. It is this complementarity of skills and values that gives the team its strength and the wines their consistency.

Teamwork, driven by a shared vision.
With our hands and our hearts.

Biodynamics

Convinced that only respect for living things allows a terroir to fully express itself, the entire vineyard is cultivated biodynamically, without the use of any chemicals.

The biodynamic method

Inspired by Rudolf Steiner's teachings in 1924, biodynamics goes beyond organic farming. No chemicals, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers are used. The vines are treated with plant, animal, and mineral preparations, as in homeopathy.

These energized preparations boost the vitality of soil and plants. They nourish the land and increase the natural resistance of vines.

Biodynamics respects cosmic rhythms. The moon, planets, and constellations directly influence plants, which remain sensitive to these natural cycles.

This approach creates a harmonious environment where the vines flourish. The results are sometimes spectacular: intense colors, deep aromas, and pronounced minerality.
