Omnis is a Gewürztraminer vinified as a red wine, which gives it remarkable complexity. On the nose, it evokes homemade iced tea with notes of peach, bergamot, orange peel, and red berries. On the palate, its tannins are reminiscent of green tea: fresh, delicate, and structuring all at once. If you’ve never tasted an orange wine, Omnis is an excellent introduction.
